STORM WINDOW REQUIREMENTS
A storm window frame will not allow unit to tilt properly,
which will keep it from draining properly. Attach a board
or piece of wood to the sill to adjust for this. The board
or wood piece should have a depth of at least 1½".
Ensure board or piece of wood is approximately 1/2"
higher than storm window frame, which will allow unit to
tilt enough for proper drainage. (See Figure 3)

ATTACHING MOUNTING BLOCKS ON WINDOW
FRAME
1. Remove adhesive from mounting block and place
mounting block in center of window frame.
(See Figure 4)
2. Press down firmly on mounting block to secure in
place. (See Figure 4)
3. Repeat for remaining mounting block.

SLIDING UNIT OVER WINDOW SILL
1. Open window completely.
2. Lift unit on either side and bring up to window.
3. Insert unit into window until center of unit is over
window sill.
4. Slowly lower unit over window sill so it straddles wall.
Pay attention to fingers when lowering unit.
5. Center unit in window so equal gaps are on either
side of unit.
NOTE: Optional adjustable supports can be
used to secure unit against outside wall. Short
and long support knobs are included to
accommodate various installations.
