1. Lay base upside down on a flat surface. Press
rubber feet onto bottom of base. (See Figure 1) Turn
base right side up.
2. Insert un-threaded end of pedestal into base. Using
a 5/32" Allen wrench, tighten set screw in base to
secure pedestal. (See Figure 2)
3. Thread yoke onto top of pedestal. Using a 1/8" Allen
wrench, tighten set screw to secure yoke.
(See Figure 3)
NOTE: If yoke is hard to thread, loosen set screw.
4. Lay pedestal and yoke on the ground. Position the
fan head with the mister nozzles and tubing facing
up. Make sure the clamp mounting hole is within
reach of the tubing for later steps.
Put a lock washer and flat washer on each knob.
Thread knobs through holes on each side of the
yoke, then into holes on the fan head. (See Figure 4)
Tighten knobs until secure. Bring pedestal back to
upright position.
5. Using a flathead screwdriver and the #14 3/4 hex
screw, attach clamp to pedestal. (See Figure 5)
