note: due to variables associated with
mounting, it is highly recommend you test the
hardware for each application
• Four through-holes with an inside diameter of .21" can
be used with either nails or screws (not included) for
temporary mounting of cable protector.
• Washer with a minimum outside diameter of .75"
should be used with each nail or screw.
• through-holes have a threaded insert, but the
threaded insert is not designed for use with a bolt.
• When temporarily mounting on a sloped surface, the
hinge barrel must be on the uphill side of the slope.
• When temporarily mounting on a flat surface, the
hinge barrel must be facing the direction of traffic.
• to easily remove the protector when nailed down, use
a pry bar in the pry slots under each through-hole.
mAIntEnAncE
• store in a clean dry area.
• Inspect protector for damage and replace it if
damaged.
• remove any foreign materials, solids and liquids.
• Keep clean by using a detergent and water solution.
