Excessive jams 1. Teeth screws loose.

staple size.
1. Tighten screws
2. Check staples
Uneven clinch 1. Wrong staple size. 1. Check for proper leg length
adjustment & clincher size.
Unclinched staple 1. Teeth are loose or broken.
1. Check & replace teeth as
needed.

Teeth Replacement
1. Loosen screws and nut with an 8mm spanner and 4mm Allen wrench.
2. Remove the magazine assembly.
3. Loosen screws with 3mm Allen wrench
4. Change teeth one at a time to prevent reverse teeth.
