Assembly Instructions
Step 4 - Insert the Short Bolt with Washers (Part E) through the center hole on the underside of the
Seat Cushion (Part B) and into the center hole of the Back Cushion (Part A). Insert four Long
Bolts with Washers (Part D) through the four remaining holes on the underside of the Seat
Cushion and into the corresponding holes in the Back Cushion. Thread the Bolts with Washers
by hand until all of the Bolts have been inserted. Tighten the Bolts with Washers using the
Allen Wrench (Part G). Do not overtighten the Bolts.

Re- Attach the Velcro dust cover.

Step 5 - With the bottom of the chair facing up, insert the shoulder portion of the Front Legs (Part C)
into the notch in the Seat Cushion frame like shown below. Slide the legs into position until the
holes in the Front Legs match the holes in the corner blocks. Insert two Long Bolts with
Washers (Part D) through the holes in the corner blocks and into the Front Legs. Tighten the
Bolts using the Allen Wrench (Part G). Do not over tighten the bolts.
Step 6 - With help, turn the chair upright.
Assembly is now complete.
