#6040O Healy Leather Tufted Ottoman

Step 4 - Place the Seat Cushion (Part D) on a flat surface with the bottom facing up like shown below.

With help, turn the assembled frame upside down. Align the bolt holes in the tabs on the Side

Frames and Top Cross Bars with the corresponding threaded inserts in the Seat Cushion.

Insert eight Bolts with Washers (Part E) through the tabs on the Side Frames and Top Cross

Bars and into the threaded inserts. Tighten all of the Bolts, including those inserted in Steps

2 and 3, using the Allen Wrench (Part F). Do not over tighten the Bolts.

Step 5 - With help, turn the ottoman upright. Assembly is now complete.

(Please Note: It may be necessary to adjust the foot glides to properly level the ottoman.)
