Troubleshooting
The Chalkboard may stop working due to internal and external reasons,
such as electronic protection circuit activation or prolonged RF
interference. If this occurs, the Chalkboard may not turn on and you will
need to reboot the computer / chalkboard system by removing all power
supplies including Chalkboard battery for 10 seconds, and then reconnect
them. It is likely that it will be necessary re-synchronize wireless
connection
Intermittent writing
Any RF device experiences RF interference. This is induced by
environmental RF noise. Chalkboard has a channel switch capability and
brief interruption will occur during switching. If problem persists and you
can not clear it, then:
•
Unplug the receiver and unplug Chalkboard battery for 10 seconds
before re-plugging
•
Restart the PC and plug the receiver back in. This will re-boot the
system and should clear the problems
Hot Key or Dual Monitor not working
•
Please make sure the software is installed correctly.
•
Verify software installation. Check if Chalkboard Hot Key and Dual
Monitor appear in the Windows program manager files unless
otherwise specified during installation.

Re-install the software if it does not appear correctly
