ACTION
The Test Strip has not been inserted
into the Meter properly.
Review the instructions and re-
insert the Test Strip correctly
(white side face up).
Defective Test strip.
Replace with a new Test Strip.
Insufficient blood sample.
Repeat the test with a new Test
Strip.
Test Strip remains in the test port for
more than 3 minutes prior to testing.
Meter will automatically turn-off.
Re-insert the Test Strip to the
test port.
LCD Screen on the Meter is blank
when trying to preform a test.
