To avoid personal injury, be sure to turn off" the ELT machine, and disconnect it from the power source.
1. Open the clear guard on the machine to gain access to the two socket head screws securing the user
interface to the frame.
2. Remove the the two socket head cap screws securing the user interface to the frame. Carefully lift
the user interface assembly to clear the sheet metal guard.
