3.3 PCI PnP Menu
You can use this screen to view PnP (Plug & Play) BIOS Configuration
Menu.
This menu allows the user to configure how the BIOS assigns resources & resolves
conflicts. Use the up and down arrow (

) keys to select an item. Use the Plus
and Minus (+/-) keys to change the value of the selected option. The settings are
described on the following pages.

PCI Latency Timer

This setting controls how many
PCI clocks each PCI device can
hold the bus before another PCI
device takes over. When set to
higher values, every PCI device
can conduct transactions for a
longer time and thus improve the
effective PCI bandwidth.
Values in units of PCI clocks for
PCI device latency timer register.
