Removing a DIMM
Removing a DIMM is just the reverse: simply pull back the clips from the DIMM (see pictures below), and
carefully pull the module straight out. Place the DIMMs in an anti-static bag as soon as you remove them
to avoid static damage.

Your memory configuration may differ from one or more of the combinations shown below.
The 168-pin DIMMs (Dual In-line Memory Modules) must be of the
3.3V PC100/PC133 unbuffered
vari-
ety. The notch position in the SDRAM key position will tell you whether or not a DIMM is unbuffered (see
Figure 2.1 below
). All installed memory will be auto-detected, so there is no need to set any jumpers.
