If a single product is replaced or is mishandled, the main and
sub-headphones are disconnected, and the left and right
headphones are re-paired.

If the earphone is connected to the mobile phone and there is
no sound after listening to the song, please go to the Bluetooth
setting of the mobile phone, find the name of the connected
headset, and if the display is connected, click the name of the
headset again.

connected, the headset does not sound after answering the call.
You need to check the audio output of the mobile phone. You must
