Allow a minimum of 50cm clearance

hammock when in use. <Fig.1>

You will need a minimum of 3.2 metres

between the fixing points to get the

ideal shape. This rod hammock must be

suspended taut so the hammock is almost

straight. For longer distances, simply add

a fixing strap or some rope and increase

the height of the fixing point approximately

25cm for every additional metre in length.
Depending on the hammock the angle

will vary. Rod hammocks are hung taut at

approx. 150 degrees.
