pliance with the non-mandatory harmonised European
Standards, which communicates the essential require-
ments in technical specifications. These standards are
not obligatory but guarantee compliance with the essen-
tial requirements.

The ROHS symbol (Restriction of use of
certain Hazardous Substances) relating to environmental
protection certifies that the maximum concentration of
each of the 5 dangerous substances (mercury • lead •
hexavalent chromium • PBB and PBDE flame retardants)
is equal to or less than 0.1% of the weight of the ho-
mogeneous material, and 0.01% for the sixth (cadmium).

The “DOUBLE SQUARE” symbol indicates double
insulation, both primary insulation and additional insula-
tion. This appliance does not need to be grounded to a
protective earthing conductor. The double insulation ma-
terials used are class II.

The “GLASS/FORK” symbol indicates that the ap-

Dear user, before using the Hand Blender for the first time, please read carefully the following instruction manual and
respect the warnings and advices given. Advise any potential user of these instructions. Keep it for later use.
CAUTION :
• Do not use the motor continuously for more than 1 mi-
nute. After working 1 minute, it needs to rest for 1 minute.
• Regarding 1 minute at work and 1 minute at rest as a
cycle. After continuously working 5 cycles, it must rest 30
minutes for the motor to cool down.
• In order to ensure the sealing effect, please do not allow
the blades to work without immersing them into liquids.
I - HOW TO USE THE BLENDING BLADE
1. To install the blending blade, put the main unit
and the blending blade together, then turn to lock
on the main unit.
2. To grind food with the blending blade :
• Make sure the silicone mat is under the beaker. The mat can
also be used as a lid.
• Cut your food into cubes no bigger than 15 mm3, then put
them into the beaker and add some water or milk,etc.
• Plug the power cord into the power socket.
• Put the blending blade into beaker.
• The unit will continue to operate when you press the power
