Materials and tools
needed

Use the crimping tool
to cut one end of the
ethernet cable

Cut the end of the
cable

Insert the ethernet
cable gland provided
with the Twinkly Pro
Kit

Remove the sheath

The wires are grouped
two-by-two

Unroll the groups of
wires till you have 8
single wires

Sort the wires in the
order indicated by the
graphic in the image
above

Flatten the wires - the
connector must have
the clip at the bottom
and the sheath must
touch the edge

Insert the connector
in the crimping tool
and crimp to hold the
wires in place

Insert the connector
in the ethernet cable
gland

The cable is ready to
be connected to the
controller
