One of the many special features of the Pinnacle grill
base is the pullout slide tray for easy access to the LP gas
supply cylinder. Use only a 20-lb gas cylinder (5 gallon
capacity). To install the gas cylinder, pull out the slide tray
and place the cylinder onto the tray. Close the tank valve and
push the slide tray all the way to the back.
CAUTION: USE
EASY PULL.
Use the slot at the front of the tray to push or
pull out gas cylinder.
DO NOT PLACE HAND ON THE TOP OF THE
GAS CYLINDER WHEN PUSHING OR PULLING
THE SLIDE TRAY. DO NOT PLACE MORE THAN
ONE CYLINDER IN THE BASE CABINET
ENCLOSURE AT ANY TIME.
Make sure the gas valve, on top of the cylinder, is
closed. Connect the LP regulator (included) to the cylinder
and hand-tighten only. Open the tank valve and make sure
all connections are leak tight using a soapy water solution
and a brush.
If your unit uses natural gas you have the option of
using the propane tank pull out as a trash drawer pull-out.
Move the tab on the pull out drawer in opposite direction (one
down and one up) and you will be able to pull the slide tray
out. Flip the drawer around and push it back into the rails all
the way to the back and
then place the trash can on the
slide tray.
