Why can’t I view the live video from IP
Cam System?
Physical Connection

Please check that PLC receiver is
being plugged in a power outlet and
Ethernet cable is connected to a
router exactly.

Please check that all physical
connections are correct and ready
to go.

Try to plug PLC receiver in other
power outlet.
IP Address Setting and Other
Configuration

Please check that PC’s firewall is off.

Make sure that checking the “Obtain
IP Automatically”.

Click on the Start-all button on the
bottom right of IP Cam system to
make all cameras connected.
Why the image is lagging?

Please check that the PC meets
minimum system requirement

Turn off the programs that are not in
use.
Why there is always noise on the screen
or image flickering?

Please refer to 2.1.5 Environment,
Frequency Settings, checking out
the camera’s frequency. It is usually
that countries in North / South
America, Taiwan are in 60 Hz, and
countries in Europe / Middle East /
Africa are in 50 Hz; however, Japan
is in 50 / 60 Hz both.
The image is too dark / bright.


suitable mode for your IP camera
use.
