Select the wells you want to read. If the well is highlighted in blue, the well
will be measured. Select or de-select all the wells by clicking the “All”
button in the top left corner of the grid. Alternatively, individual rows and
columns can be selected or de-selected by pressing the letter or number at
the head of the row or column. Select or de-select individual wells by
clicking on that well.

Once you have made your selections, click the “OK” button.
