        is kept open in the Sun for few minutes after cooking is over.  
 
11.  The glass cover should not be opened in between but 10 to 15 mts. after the droplets start  flowing  on  inner surface 
       of the double glass.  
 
        Now the food is cooked and is ready to be taken out and served.  Since food does not burn there is no harm if the   
        cooking pots remain in the cooking tray for some extra time. 

 
 
 

12.  THE OVEN MITT SHOULD BE PUT ON BEFORE TAKING OUT THE COOKING POTS FROM THE TRAY,

13.   After, the food items have been removed from the tray, the Double glass lid should be left open to let the oven cool down to   

its normal temperature. When the oven cools down, always wipe the tray and the inner surface  of the Double Glass Lid, to 
remove the traces of water and food particles on the tray.  Close the Double glass lid and the solar oven after use. 

 
14.   After closing, always rest the oven in standing position (vertically). 
 
               

 While cooking use water, only if required.  Do not add water to green vegetables, preferably use little water.
