Changing the batteries
The Glow Construction cubes all require 2 x AA alkaline batteries (not supplied). Undo
the screw to release the battery hatch. Insert the batteries carefully, making sure they
are fitted with the correct polarity. Re-fit the battery hatch and re-tighten the screw.
Using your Glow Construction
Glow Construction cubes have a special sensor inside. Depending on which face of
the cube is at the top, the cube will glow one of five vibrant colours, red, green, blue,
yellow or magenta. When the battery hatch is facing upwards, the cube will be off.
Please note that the battery life depends on the colour selected. The small cubes will
have an average battery life of 100 hours or more and the large cubes an average of 50
hours or more.
Please switch the cubes off when not in use to conserve the batteries.
Problem
Solution
A minimum battery voltage is required for each colour.
As the battery discharges some colours, starting with
blue, will not work. Please replace the batteries to restore
full operation.
