SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
If your TSOVET watch has an after market exotic strap (e.g., alligator, crocodile,
snake, ostrich, fish/eel), it must be removed prior to returning the watch to us.
U.S. Government Fish and Wildlife Service regulations prohibit the shipment
of exotic species, in whole or part, without proper documentation. Remove any
exotic straps and send only the watch case. Shipping restrictions do not apply
to genuine leather, synthetic, embossed, and metal straps.
IMPORTANT
All warranty work must be mailed to our headquarters post-paid. Shipping charges
are the responsibility of the owner (for return shipping, include a $20 money order
payable to TSOVET, or contact Customer Service via www.tsovet.com).
