QUICK START GUIDE
Noise Indicator NI-100
Operating the Noise Indicator
1. Attach the NI-100 with badge clip to shirt/jacket
where it is easily visible.
2. To turn
On
, press and hold
button
until solid
red and green lights appear. Release button.
+ Flashing Green , with 1 sec. intervals,
indicates noise level is below 85 dBA.
+ Flashing Red , with 1 sec. intervals,
indicates noise level is above 85 dBA.
3. To turn Off , press and hold button while the LEDs
illuminate solid red and green and then disappear.
Release
button. *NOTE:
If not manually turned
off, the noise indicator will automatically power
off after approximately 10 hours.
Charging: LEDs and Status
1. Plug mini-USB cable from PC to external port
(bottom) of NI-100.
+ Charging Mode: Red and green LEDs will
alternatingly flash.
*Note: Allow about 4 hours for a fully
charged battery.
2. When fully charged, the green LED will double
flash every 5 seconds.
