. This puts the "data set ready" and "clear to send" lines
at the proper logic level for your computer to receive data.
If you wish to connect the A
CCU
B
ALANCE
to a computer which uses a
9-pin connector for serial communications, an adapter may be used.
This is a standard 25-pin to 9-pin adapter with male pins on the 25-pin
side and female pins on the 9-pin side. Such an adapter is supplied
with the Model 8927 Computer Interface Cable or is available from a
number of computer supply houses. Its connections are as follows:
