15. Press <Esc> to interrupt the test. The test will not terminate
by itself.
4.2 Unpacking the Drivers
If you plan to use a Novell Netware network, proceed to
Section 5.1. All other drivers are archived on the diskette in
compressed form and will require unpacking. Proceed as
follows:
1. Boot your computer under MS-DOS.
2. Insert the Trust Fast Ethernet Card 100MB diskette into
drive A.
3. Change drives to A.
4. Type ‘INSTALL’. The setup screen will be displayed.
5. Press <Enter>. The menu options screen will be displayed.
6. Select ‘Customised Install’ from the menu.
7. At the ‘All NOS’ option, press <Enter> to install every item
on the list. The program will ask for permission to use the
‘c:\ethpci’ directory.
8. Press <Enter> to confirm.
9. The system will now proceed to install a number of files
from disk. This may take a couple of minutes.
10. Press <Enter> to exit the installation program.
11. You are now ready to install the drivers for your particular
type of network.
