• Grains available vary from very coarse to very fine.
• Coarse grain is used to sand rough surfaces, medium grain,
for light work and fine grain is for smooth finish.
• It is advisable to carry out tests over a disposable piece to
determine the adequate grain for a particular job.
• Do not use the same disc for wood and for metal. Metal
particles can get embedded in the sanding and ill-treat a
wooden surface.
Always double check the sander is off and
disconnected from the power supply before installing the sandpaper.
• Select the right sanding grain.
• Remove dust and debris from the pad and it Velcro base (
A
).
• Align the sanding disc orifices with the orifices in the pad. Press firmly.
• To remove the sanding disc tear it out from its base (
B
).
• Clean regularly dust accumulated in the Velcro base.
Do not wait for the disc to be completely worn out before replacing it.
Otherwise, the Velcro base can get damaged and will lose adherence
with the sandpaper.
• The Velcro base is considered as a consumable and
is not covered by the Warranty.

• To shut off the tool, press the switch to the opposite side.
Do not start the tool when the sander surface is onto
the work piece.
Before shutting off the machine, keep it away from
the work piece.
