Remember Your Posture!
Using a reclining chair can place the massage rollers into
awkward positions. Make sure you sit up straight so you
can get the most comfortable experience.

Operation
•
Place the truMedic® Insta® Chair Massager onto a sturdy chair that does not recline, and plug the
power adapter into the power cord attached to the massager.

Use the attached remote to turn on the massager using the red “Power” button.
•
Choose between the different areas such as “Seat,” “Back,” and “Neck” to create a customized massage.
