mix3 is a workout that gives you the most exercise for your upper-body. The program takes you through a
sequence of exercises that is slightly different each time. The duration of each exercise varies between 30, 40, 50,
or 60 seconds.
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust Time then press ENTER
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust Weight then press ENTER
