Replacement of parts
IO Inserts
The IO inserts are designed to be replaced after single use to provide the user
with a unique training experience.
1.
Fold back the skin at the edge of the insert and remove the white pins
at the top and bottom of the insert:

Remove the used IO insert from the leg and discard
3.
Align the new IO insert into position and re-insert the pins
