Depress blade control handle and hold. The choke will
move slowly to OFF position – immediately proceed to
step 9 below.
Pull starter rope with quick, full armstroke. If engine
does not start after ten seconds of repeated pulls, wait
a few minutes and repeat steps 7b through 9.

Fill tank with gas to within 1/2 inch of top of tank.
Open fuel valve (a) and activate choke (b).
