Removing the battery
1. Set the switch for clockwise / counter-clockwise rotation (5)
to centre position (lock).
2. Detach the battery (8) from the device by pressing and
holding the unlocking button (14; I.) and pulling the battery
off the device (II.).

3. If required, charge the battery (8) as described in the
section

Checking the battery status
The battery status is displayed as follows by the three LEDs of
the battery level indication (4):
LED colour
Meaning
Green – Orange – Red
maximum charge / power
Orange – Red
medium charge / power
Red
weak charge – Recharge the battery.
1. Press the on / off switch (16).

You can read the battery status from the battery level
indication (4).
Mounting the handle
Info
Use the supplied anti-vibration handle for safe and
precise guiding.
The anti-vibration handle (12) should be mounted before start-
up.
To do so, please proceed as follows:
1. Screw the anti-vibration handle (12) clockwise into the
threading either to the left- or right-hand side of the
housing.

2. Check the anti-vibration handle (12) for tight fit.
3. For the disassembly unscrew the anti-vibration handle (12)
counter-clockwise.
