120” x 55” Cast KD Dining Table
Step 1
Assembled table is heavy; put together at place of use. With
two persons, place Table Top Half Components upside
down in the open cartons or place on a tarp or pool towels.
Step 2
With two persons, place Pedestal Bases upside down onto
Table Top Half Components. Align each of the four Pedestal
Base elbows with mounting bosses on table tops.
Step 3
Hold Pedestal Bases steady onto
bosses. Using eight sets of 5/16” x
1¼” Socket Head Cap Screws with
5/16” High Collar Lock Washers,
assemble Pedestal Bases to Table
Top by tightening hand tight.
Tighten screws with Hex Key in 8
places.
Step 4
With two persons, turn each table half assembly upright and
slide together.
Note: One person should hold the table half assemblies
stable during hardware installation.
Caution: Each Table Top Half Assembly weighs
approximately 127 pounds. When the table is fully
assembled, it will weigh approximately 255 pounds.
Place table in final position for use before connecting
the two halves together.
