Q: Why those two USB ports don’t charge
my device properly, or the charging speed
is slow?
A: Please verify whether:
1) this plug adapter is securely plugged into
an active Type I outlet, and its white LED
indicator gets lit up;
2) your USB charging cable isn’t broken; 3)
your device requires Quick Charge, which is
NOT supported by TROND Prime Nano.
