USING THE EXERCISE MONITOR ON YOUR ROWER

The Computer has functions with a 3 split LCD display screen. When the computer detects a signal input, the computer will display 
the function TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES in order. 

The computer will be turned on automatically by pressing the MODE button or when you start rowing.
The computer will shut off automatically if no signal is detected for 4 minutes. You can press MODE button or start rowing to 
continue computer operation. 
     

BATTERY INSTALLATION

To fit the BATTERIES to the Monitor, please remove the BATTERY COVER at the REAR of the monitor. Carefully fit the batteries 
supplied (and any subsequent new batteries) between the exposed contacts. Please ensure that the batteries are fitted 
with the ‘+’/ ‘-’ends matching the outline on the sticker in the battery compartment. Failure to fit the batteries correctly may result 
in damage to the Monitor, which is not covered by our guarantee. Dispose of old batteries responsibly.
