LOAD ADJUSTMENT
1. To increase the tension, turn the tension knob (51)
clockwise. (refer to unfolding diagram)
2. To decrease the tension, turn the tension knob
(51) counterclockwise.
CAUTION
When rowing on this product, please grasp the pull grip firmly.
Always return the pull grip gently and slowly. It may be damaged
or cause injury if released carelessly. Keep children away while
exercising.

Note :
For safety, please secure locking knob (61) tightly to stop the rail
tube (2) falling down.

WARNING
