Note:
Hold Bracket (

when attaching Tubes (

Adhere six Non-Slip Pads

to the
bottom of the Base.
Flip base over and slide Base Bracket

into base as shown.
Insert yellow telescoping poles

to each
side, by pressing both locks and sliding
the poles into the Base Bracket

until
the Spring locks are engaged.
