This feature defines the recipient of maintenance information reports.

Max Search Results

Specifies a maximum number of displayed results which have been searched on 
the LDAP address book.

Search Base

Specifies a base object which indicates the starting point in the tree structure of 
the database for the LDAP directory searching.

Equipment ID

This is the name by which the machine will be identified.

Recipient Address

The e-mail address of the recipient. If there is more than one recipient then the 
addresses should be separated by a semi-colon ";". 

Subject

This is the network location and should comprise the following Subject 
Conversion Strings:

- %printer = Model 
- %serial = Serial Number 
- %etheraddr = MAC Address 
- %equipid = Equipment ID 

E-mail Interval

Set the time when the report will be sent. You can test this by pressing the "Run 
once now:" Send button.
