•
Make sure that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the table
or counter, does not touch any hot surfaces or is coming directly
into contact with the hot parts of the appliances. Do not place the
appliance underneath or close to curtains, window coverings etc.
•
Make sure the cord does not touch the hot parts of the appliance.

We advise to place a heat resistant coating between your table and the
appliance (this way you don't get burns on your table or table cloth).
•
Be careful with oil and fat preparations because they might catch fire
by overheating. Provide proper ventilation when using the appliance.
* Competent qualified electrician: after sales department of the producer
or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and competent to
perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In any case you
should return the appliance to this electrician.

BeFoRe The FIRST uSe
•
Before use, wipe all removable parts with a damp cloth, never use
abrasive products.
•
Place the grill/baking plate on the base, make sure the edge of the
grill/baking plate falls over the edge of the base.
•
Place the device on a stable and dry surface and keep it away from heat
sources.
•
Make sure the voltage which is indicated on the device matches the
local voltage.
•
Push the thermostat button to activate the device. (the indicator light
will light up).
•
Allow the device to warm up for 15 minutes, before you start baking.

•
Put the raclette grill in the middle of the table.
•
Choose the desired temperature with the thermostat button.
•
Cut the meat into small pieces. You thus reduce the cooking time. Chop
the crude meat and serve it on a plate or a wooden board. Your guests can
then choose the quantity of meat they wish and grill it on the grill plate.
•
The grill/backing plate can be used on both sides, the ribbed side for
grilling your meat and the equal side for baking your meat.
•
In the pans you can bake vegetables, eggs, potatoes and many other
things. You may serve the grilled meat with different sauces, salad or
French baguette.
