How to use
Before using, clean the motor housing and the blending stick with a damp cloth.
•
Your hand blender, blends, mixes, whips and chops, fast and easy. Use it to make
mayonnaise, soups, purees, mixed drinks, cocktails, baby food, dietary foods.
•
It can be operated in bowl, pan or any other container.
•
When using directly in a sauce pan while cooking remove pan from stove.
•
To prevent splashing, place blender into container, then start afterwards the motor.
**This unit is designed for intermittent use. Do not run non-stop for more than 1 minute:
then allow the motor to cool for at least 10 minutes **
Hot blending instructions
To prevent scalding when mixing or blending hot ingredients, the following precautions and
procedures must be observed :
•
Use tall container less than half full or make small quantities at a time.
•
Insert blade end into container until it is touching the bottom before starting.
•
Take care not to lift blender out of hot ingredients while motor is on to avoid
splashing.
•
Do not stand directly over container of hot ingredients while operating.
How to clean
•
Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
•
The unit is easiest to clean by placing the blade end under hot, running water
immediately after completing the blending task and wiping the blade dry to prevent
tarnishing. Note that the stick blender exists of only one part, so watch out with
water and the motor.
•
Clean the motor/handle part by wiping with a damp cloth or sponge.
•
Do not use abrasives, scourers etc. or aggressive liquids such as acetone for cleaning.
•
NEVER IMMERSE motor end into water.
