Once the drawer is removed gently lay cart body 

(A) 

on its back 

with the drawers facing up towards the ceiling.

IMPORTANT CASTER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Casters must be assembled correctly. The caster will stay on 
tight if installed correctly.

Lock Washer

 - Should be between the 

propel nut and the bottom of the cart.

Bottom of Cart

White Plastic Spacer 

- The grove in the 

caster cover should fit snuggly to the hex 
shape on the stem of the caster.

Caster

Propel Nut

 - Hand tighten propel nut 

to the stem of the caster with shown 
components in between. 

Nut should 

be completely flush with surface 
when adequately tightened. This does 
require significant torque.

Lock the brake of 
the caster so that the 
wheel does not move 
and the top of the 
caster does not swivel. 
Securely tighten the 
caster in a clockwise 
direction until the 
caster is snug.

First disassemble each caster assembly.
