When Used with Windows

Host Device

• Allows connection of 2 displays (max 4K @ 60

Hz) showing different images under Multi-Stream

Transport (MST) mode

• Allows connection of 3 displays (max 1x 4K @ 60

Hz + 2x 4K @ 30 Hz) showing different images

under MST mode

When Used with macOS

Host Device

• Allows connection of 3 displays (max 4K @ 60 Hz)

showing the same images under Single-Stream
Transport (SST) mode

Notes:

• To achieve the above resolution, the host should support

DP 1.4 Alt Mode. If connected to a DP 1.2 Alt Mode host,
the corresponding resolution will be decreased due to
bandwidth limitation.

• The above resolution combination is for theoretical

reference. The actual output resolution depends on the
connected host and displays.

• When working with a 2080 graphics card, this product does

not support 10-bit Deep Color.
