Luminaire made of aluminium, cast aluminium, stainless steel, tempered
safety glass, reflector made of pure aluminium.
Attention
The installation and assembly have to be performed by a skilled
electrician. Installation and operation have to comply with the national
safety regulations.
The enclosed
General Instructions
have to be absolutely observed.
Luminaire is only allowed to be operated with its complete protective cover.
Luminaire is also suitable for indoor areas (t
a
=25°C).
Luminaire is not suitable for looping-through connection.
Installation
Feed fixed connection cable through cantilever (1). Mount cantilever on the
wall using suitable fastening material.
Undo fast-locks (7) and open cover (6). Take the electrical equipment (8) out
of the housing (4).
Feed connection cable through cable gland (3) into housing (max 30cm).
Tighten cable gland with a torque of 6,25Nm.
Strip the wires of the fixed flexible connection cable down to the cable gland.
The wires have to be protected by the supplied silicon tubes. Connect wires
to plug and socket terminal (9).
Connect housing with cantilever using screws (5) and washers. Tighten
screws with a torque of 8Nm.
Reassemble luminaire in reverse order. Close cover and rotate fast-locks
clockwise to lock.
Insertion of lamp - Relamping
Undo fast-locks (7) and open cover (6). Insert / replace lamp. Close cover
and rotate fast-locks clockwise to lock.
Adjustment of reflector position
(not for model TCL36)
The delivery position is wide beam. Unfasten screws (12) to change to the
narrow beam position. Rotate the two reflectors (11) inwards to the
preassembled screws. Fix the reflector with screws in the new position.
