• After switching on, the
Chronolog
hangs during the start-up process,
shows "Trigon CHRONOLOG in the display and the operational display
flashes (see section 6 & 15 Chapter 2.1 on page 8).
–
The
Chronolog
is waiting for a connection to a monitor/television
(with most models, this doesn’t have to be switched on) or it is
waiting for a dongle to be plugged in. Please check the connections
to the monitor or TV or plug the dongle in.
–
If the internal memory of
Chronolog
is too full the
Chronolog
can not start. Try to clear over the network a few music files until
the
Chronolog
starts. (Two albums should be enough.) Please
make sure that the internal memory of
Chronolog
never written
full.
• The "Trigon-Touch" remote control user interface doesn’t open in your
browser.

Check whether there is a WLAN connection to the
Chronolog
or
to your router.
–
In the case of a direct connection to the
Chronolog
, you have to
enter http://192.168.159.1/ in your browser.
–
In the case of connection through your router, you have to enter
the
Chronolog
’s IP address into the address line of your browser.
You can find this IP address by selection
system information
in the
Chronolog
’s Main menu and switching to the Network
entry. Please note that the address only appears in the
Chronolog
display if no music is currently being played.

In the case of a connection through your router, the connection to
the
Chronolog
must also be in place. Check the network cable
from the
Chronolog
to the router and restart the
Chronolog
.
• The inserted CD will not eject.
–
Check whether the
Chronolog
is ready for operation and that the
menu is displayed.
–
Select the item "Open/close disc" from the menu.
