Limited Warranty Statement
Duet Water Revitalizer warrants to the original purchaser only, that each Duet unit
shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the
purchase date. Should any such defects arise; the product will be replaced or repaired
without charge by Tribest prompty upon the return of the defective product and a copy
of proof of purchase to Tribest. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
The warranty obligations of Tribest and the original purchaser’s sole remedy shall be limited to repair of replace-
ment of the product only. Tribest shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount
for consequential or incidental damage of for injury or damages to persons or property using or used with or in
connection with the product, or loss of profits or other costs or expenses of any kind or character.
There are no warranties or representations by Tribest other than as set forth above, either expressed or implied
and no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to make any representation or incur any obligation in the name
of or on behalf of Tribest except as stated above.
