For cleaning the rolls is suggested to use warm water
limiting the use of detergents. In this case rinse well.
Do not immerse motor unit in water or other liquids;
clean the motor housing with a damp cloth.
Do not let appliance running continuously for more than 3
minutes, make at least 5 minutes rest.
Do not insert too large pieces of food inside the container,
especially hard foods. It is recommended to pre-chop
food. When processing fruits, it is recommended to
remove the pit and peel.

MOUNTING

Insert the roll (5) in its support as
shown in the left figure. Use roll
(a) to grate cheese or vegetables,
roll (b) to slice and roll (c) for
julienne vegetables or to grate
cheese in a coarse way.

Insert the roll axis (5) in the hole present in the motor housing (3). Rotate anticlockwise until blocking.
FUNCTIONING
-
Insert the food to work in the feeding tube (6). Connect the plug to the power socket.

Keep an hand on the handle (8) and the other hand on the food presser (7).

Put a container under the food outlet (4) and make sure that the product is stable.

Switch on the appliance by pushing the ON/OFF button (1) and make a slight pressure on the food presser
(7) until the food in the feeding tube is finished (6).

At the end of operation, shake slightly the appliance on the container to make all the food inside the roll
fall down. If you want to work other food, just put it in the feeding tube (6) and repeat the steps above.
