A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time.

Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimizes the end result and can help
prevent unevenly fried ingredients.

Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result.

Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the Hot-air fryer.

Use tray to bake a cake or quiche or if you want to fry fragile ingredients or filled ingredients.
DEHYDRATE: DEHYDRATE
Use “Dehydrate” function to dehydrate any kind of food. When you use this function:

Use basket (13) and place it in the central position.

Temperature knob (5) is inactivated and inner temperature is set automatically to 70-75°C, suitable for
dehydrating food.

Place the timer knob (2) in position “ON”.
Periodically check the state of food and eventually turn them to dehydrate evenly.
CLEANING -
Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow each part to cool down before
starting any cleaning procedure.

Do not place oven in water. In any case prevent splashes of water or other liquids from reaching the unit.

Regular cleaning of the internal chamber ensure better performances and prevents unpleasant odors. Use a
soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner for the cooking compartment.
