If your connection method is Fixed IP, click the

radio button:
The following window appears:

Type in the
IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, Primary DNS Server IP address
and
Secondary DNS Server IP Address
in the appropriate fields.

Next
to proceed to the next setup window.
