You can control the use of the heating elements as you like, bearing in mind that
it is necessary to use
both heating elements to achieve an even baking result.
According to the shape, size and nature of your food, you can decide to bake only with upper or the
lower heating elements, or with both, just by turning the knob.
General usage:
