Fireplace Insert Installation 

(for qualified installers only)

Cape Cod Face Installation 

NOTE: The insert must be in position and connected to the flue before installing the face. 

1.  Remove the bypass and air control rods from the insert as shown below. 

 

 

2.  Route the power and rheostat wires to the side, as shown below. 

 

3.  Lay out the sides and breastplate as shown below.
