Gearbox TRR 280
Verify the oil level by the display (2);
Do the oil change after the first 50 hours of work;
The following oil changes must be done each 300
hours, removing the pressure relief valve (1) and gas
cylinder (3), removing the oil in the inferior part of
the box through the open channel of the cylinder (3);
Replace the plug (3), fill the box with 1,75 l Oil SAE
140 API - GL5 Class and close the box with the relief
valve pressure (1).

Interventions maintenance
Before servicing the machine, stop the
motor, disconnect from TDP, use parking
brakes and place equipment horizontally
on the ground.
Before injecting lubricant through grease
fittings, clean them to prevent dust and
weird objects from getting mixed with the
grease, decreasing the lubrication effect.
Regularly lubricate equipment for efficiency,
to
extend life and improve performance. Inject grease
through grease fittings with a pump.
Lubrication
The only spot of lubrication is the rolling bearing;
The lubrication must be done weekly;
For the bearings, use special lithium grease
containing Molybdenum disulfide.
Avoid the excess of grease, because it can cause the
premature wear of the bearings.
The amount of grease should be 0.17 oz (5 g) every
week if the machine is being used daily.
Note: The lubrication must be done through the opening
(1) in the protection of the belt (2).

Access to the cutting blades TRR 250 /
TRR 260 / TRR 280
To facilitate the removal of the cutting blades
when they need to be sharpened this equipment
has a lateral lid which gives access to the nuts
that release the cutting blades. In order to open
it, follow the operations, as shown in Figure 4:
Open the funnel slowly (1) until its maximum
overture;
Using the star screwdriver 1/2” release the locknuts
(2), remove the pressure washers (3), the plain
washers (4) and remove the access lid to the cutting
blades (5).
Then use the 1/2” wrench and the 3/16” Allen
wrench that comes with the manual and loosen the
screws that secure the blades to the cutting disc (6).
