“Lock on’”
1.
The pump can be ‘locked on’ for
continuous spraying. Press down the
lever on the lance and slide it forward;

To release, press down the lever and
slide it back.
Always release pressure after use by
following the instructions below.
Emptying and service
Caution!
Before opening the sprayer, always
release any remaining pressure by
opening the safety valve.
1.
Release any remaining compressed air
in the system by pulling the safety valve
firmly upwards. Ensure the sprayer is
vertical before releasing pressure.
2.
Carefully unscrew the pump from
the tank. Ensuring that any remaining
pressure is slowly released.
3.
Empty the unit, disposing of any
chemical waste prperly, and allow the
tank to dry whilst open.
4.
The valves, spray pip and nozzles can
be cleaned by operating the machine
with clea water or a solution of water
and washing-up liquid.
5.
The performance and working life
of the sprayer can be increased by
regularly lubricating the pump seal.
Use only resin and acid free lubricants.
Caution!
Incorrect use, (inlcuiding transport and
storage) environmental factors (storage,
working environment) and insufficient
maintenance can all lead to a shortened
working life, for safety seasons the unit
should be chekked for visible damage
each time it is used.
